Chris Bangle talking about GINA

A great video from the BMW Group showing Chris Bangle, Chief of Design at the time of this video, unveiling GINA – an experimental concept roadster that seeks to replace a vehicle’s static metal or fiberglass skin with a one of fabric that can change the shape and aerodynamics of the car.

The video is a little old now but it does illustrate how we can radically challenge every-day thinking when we have a clear goal in mind.
